Shipping Policy

IVY CITY is committed to delivering premium tobacco products safely and in compliance with all applicable laws. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to federal, state, and local tobacco regulations, we can only ship to locations where it is legal to sell and deliver tobacco products. We do not ship to:

States or localities that prohibit online tobacco sales
P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Addresses that cannot accept adult signature delivery

It is your responsibility to ensure that tobacco products can be legally shipped to your location. Orders placed to restricted areas will be cancelled and refunded.

Age Verification and Signature Required

Adult signature (21+) is required for all deliveries. Someone 21 years of age or older with valid government-issued photo ID must be present to sign for the package. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Processing may take longer during peak periods or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): Calculated at checkout
Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout
Express Shipping (1-2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (see current promotions).

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier's website or your IVY CITY account.

Delivery Issues

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately at support@ivycity.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages: If a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to failed age verification, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and may be subject to a restocking fee.

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

Taxes and Duties

Applicable state and local tobacco taxes will be calculated and added to your order at checkout. You are responsible for any additional taxes or fees required by your jurisdiction.
